Wish I had this info ages ago!!!!!

I have been an active real estate investor for the past 40 years, done commercial, multi family, and residential deals. I have authored over 6 real-estate books myself. Dave's new podcasts are beyond helpful! I wish I would have had the information he conveys when I was just starting out. His info will leap frog any new investor to the top levels of performance with incredible speed. Any seasoned investor will also find valuable nuggets hidden within all the other great info they might find review. Over all a must listen to for everyone in the real estate industry!
